FAQ

  • APPOINTMENTS

Although Medical Doctors often refer patients to Penrith Osteopathy, you do not need a referral. If you have X-rays or scans, it is a good idea to bring them and the report, but it is usually not necessary to have a scan.

Appointment times are set aside specifically for you. If a change is required we request that you notify us as soon as possible as other patients may be in need of that appointment time.

A text reminder will be sent to your mobile the day before your treatment.

As much as possible the practitioners try to run on time, as we respect your time. However some cases may need extra time that has not been allowed for, and there may be a short delay.
